Vicki Thompson is the Program Planner for the AZ Telecommunications Equipment Distribution Program (AzTEDP). She will share her expertise about how people with hearing difficulties can best use cell or land line telephones through amplification, captioning, specialty devices, internet, Bluetooth or various relay services.

We will learn how to receive helpful telephone equipment from the state that will enable us to be confident and effective phone users.
