Sun Lakes United Methodist Church (SLUMC) at 9248 E. Riggs Road hosts Tuesday Nights Together (TNT), a series of free programs, every month! Topics vary from lively and entertaining to serious and informative. A light meal will be offered for a free-will offering at 5 p.m. The presentation starts at 5:30 p.m.

Join Rev. Jim Wood on Tuesday, June 13, as he shares some amazing tales from “My Time in the U.S. Navy,” courtesy of Uncle Sam. Jim was assigned to an All-Weather Attack Squadron at the Naval Air Station in San Diego where he experienced some unusual and funny things. He will share humorous events, relate the meaning of some NAVSpeak terms, and include a couple of sea shanties and a beloved Navy hymn. The evening promises to be laughable and entertaining!
