No one is judging you by your dance abilities – just have fun and feel the music. Easy choreography to Salsas, Meringues and Cha-Chas. Perfect for everybody and every BODY!

Low impact, high energy, upbeat and totally exhilarating! When we girls get together, we work hard to get and stay in shape, but the emphases is on the fun, the results come as a bonus.

Sorry I haven’t been around here very much, but thank you, Chrissy, for your help. You are amazing! I was in Barcelona to see my new grandson for two weeks. So glad to be back. Need these classes, and I missed you. If you haven’t tried these classes yet, come on and see what you’ve been missing. What have you got to lose?
