Special notice: The annual meeting for Unit 19 will be held on Feb. 10 at 6 p.m., with sign-in beginning at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Steve Nolan Conference Room. The board of directors currently has two positions open, each with a term of three years. In addition to the election of board members to these open positions, other subject matter to be discussed will include maintenance of the common areas, financials, and other community association topics that come before the board at that time.
Unit 19’s board will hold the regularly scheduled February monthly meetings for townhome owners at 4 p.m. in the Steve Nolan Conference Room. The planning meeting will be on Feb. 19, and monthly meeting will be on Feb. 26. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. The monthly meeting is the only meeting at which the board makes community decisions, and homeowners’ input is asked for prior to a vote by the board.
