The July meeting of the Unit 11 Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, July 20 in the Ceramics room at the Cottonwood Clubhouse. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend. There will be a time for homeowner questions or comments. Please contact President Gene Brown at 480-802-3456 if you have an item for the agenda or are planning on addressing the Board.

Villas Unit 37

The number of PCRs deposited in the Drop Box has become negligible. Therefore, the Board has decided to discontinue its use. If homeowners do not have computer access they are asked to contact a Board member who will submit the electronic PCR on their behalf.

As part of our Outreach effort, we now have a group of generous homeowners who are volunteering to assist villa homeowners in small tasks such as changing light bulbs, air filters, etc. See HOA news under Villas37.org website or contact Ila Kraayenbrink at 480-802-0595.
