The Sun Lakes Unit 11 Townhouse Association monthly board meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 21 at 4:00 p.m. in the Ceramics Room at the Cottonwood Clubhouse. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend.

Unit 39 Ladies Luncheon

Unit 42 block party

Unit 42 enjoyed a second annual block party on October 28 at the cul-de-sac on south Cedarcrest. About 80 residents attended and with each family bringing an appetizer; food was plentiful and many new friends were made.

We thank Patrol for delivering the traffic control cones.
