The Unit 11 Board of Directors will hold its regular monthly meetings on April 18, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. in the Ceramics Room of the Cottonwood clubhouse. All Unit 11 homeowners are encouraged and invited to attend.

The Unit 11 Ladies Coffee will be held on Wednesday, April 18, at 8:00 a.m. in the Cottonwood Cafe in the clubhouse. All Unit 11 ladies are invited to join us for breakfast or coffee and to get to know your neighbors better.

Unit 19 townhouse owners, please mark your calendar for the following March activities for Unit 19:

* Monday, April 9, Working HOA Meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Phoenix Room. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend.

* Monday, April 16, Monthly HOA Meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Phoenix Room. All homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend.

* For those homeowners who are beginning to exit back to their primary homes, please go to the Sun Lakes Unit 19 HOA website to click on “Vacation Contact Notification” under the tab of “Policies and Helpful Information” and look at the checklist of things to do before you leave.
