Dear Unit 19 Townhome Owners:

February meetings for Unit 19 HOA will be held on:

* Monday, Feb. 8, at 6 p.m., for the monthly working meeting

* Tuesday, Feb. 16, will be our annual Unit 19 board meeting, starting at 6:30 p.m., which will be followed by our monthly open board meeting.

* Because of COVID-19 season and for the safety of the board and homeowners, it will be determined if these meetings will be in person or by Zoom. An email blast will be sent for each meeting, with the directions for joining the Zoom meeting if it is determined that Zoom meetings are needed. If it is determined to be in-person, there will be an email blast with the location and time of registration before the meeting starts.
