Unit 11 Townhouse community will be posting signs at all entrances into our neighborhood reflecting the guidelines of dog walking inside our Association. The grass areas in our townhouse community are private property and are maintained by the townhouse owners for their use. These grass areas are not part of the Cottonwood Palo Verde amenities. Pet owners can use the Cottonwood lakes areas to walk their pets.

No Unit 11 monthly HOA board meeting will be held until Oct. 20, 2021, at 4 p.m. in the Ceramics Room (A-8) at the Cottonwood clubhouse.

Unit 19

Dear Unit 19 Townhome Owners:

May meetings for Unit 19 HOA will be held on:

* Monday, May 10, at 6 p.m. MST for the monthly working meeting

* Monday, May 17, at 6 p.m. MST for the monthly open board meeting

Because of the COVID-19 season and for the safety of the board and homeowners, it will be determined if these meetings will be in-person or by Zoom. An email blast will be sent for each meeting with the directions for joining the Zoom meeting if it is determined that Zoom meetings are needed. If it is determined to be in-person, there will be an email blast with the location and time of each meeting.
