Unit 11 Meetings

The Unit 11 annual homeowners meeting will be on Feb. 15 at 5:30 p.m. in the Saguaro Room at the Cottonwood clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

The Unit 11 monthly HOA board meeting will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at 4 p.m. in the Computer Learning Center, Meeting Room 1, at the Cottonwood clubhouse.

All homeowners are welcome to attend.

Unit 19 Annual Meeting

Unit 19 Townhome Owners: Unit 19’s annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 20, in the Steve Nolan Conference Room in the Cottonwood Learning Center. The meeting will start at 6 p.m., with registration starting at 5:30 p.m. The annual meeting is very important to townhome owners to hear what was accomplished in 2023 and what to expect in 2024. The 2024 budget is reviewed, and there will be a vote on accepting last year’s meeting minutes. Also, the outcome of the election will be announced.

As an owner, you should have received two mailings—one asking for candidates to run for the board and another mailer to vote for board candidates.
