November 19 will be our next Board meeting. It will be held at 4:00 p.m. at the Oakwood Clubhouse. The monthly social will be immediately following the meeting. This meeting will include the presentation of the 2015 Villas Unit No. 37 budget as well as having the opportunity to “Meet the Candidates” for our upcoming election.
Our annual Villas Unit No. 37 Christmas Party will be held immediately following our meeting on Wednesday, December 17 at 4:00 p.m. at the Oakwood Clubhouse.
We encourage all homeowners to attend both the highly informative Board meetings as well as the socials. It is a great way to meet our neighbors, many of whom are new!

Our Unit 38 luncheon is Tuesday, November 11 at noon. We will be lunching at A.J’s Café in the Crowne Plaza Hotel (formerly known as the San Marcos Hotel). It is in downtown Chandler. Bring cash!

Several of us would like to resume the lunches we started years ago. Unit 44
Unit 44 will kick off the season with a happy hour at Sunsets Restaurant on the patio. Cost will be $13.50 per person and registration is required. Please call Unit 44 Captain Becky Kolb at 480-440-0849 for more information or drop a check for $13.50 per person to 9810 E Emerald Dr (Oakwood at the intersection of Glenburn and Emerald) by November 7. Our dinners last season were received well and we look forward to getting together again this year.
