Unit 11 HOA Board Meeting
The monthly Unit 11 HOA board meeting will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 4 p.m. in the Computer Learning Center Phoenix Room at the Cottonwood clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome to attend.
Unit 19 Townhomes Only
Please note that due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the normally scheduled dates have been changed. Unit 19’s board will hold the November monthly meetings for townhome owners starting at 4 p.m. in the Steve Nolan Conference Room: Planning meeting on Nov. 11 and monthly meeting on Nov. 20. All homeowners are encouraged to attend. The monthly meeting is the only meeting at which the board makes community decisions, and homeowners’ input is asked for prior to a vote by the board.
