Important Information for TAD Ticket Holders
Due to a new ticket scanning system being instituted by the Recreation Department at all TAD concert events, it is now a requirement that each individual entering the San Tan Ballroom be in possession of an event ticket. This ticket may be either the paper version or be on your cell phone. If you do not have one of these options on your person, you will not be allowed into the ballroom.
Primarily, this information is directed at those individuals who purchase multiple tickets for an event. You will need to make sure that each attendee has his/her ticket on their person. We will not be able to scan multiple tickets at one time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but, in the long run, it will become a much more efficient way to manage the ticketed events. The Recreation Department of Cottonwood Palo Verde and all the volunteers thank you for your cooperation.
