Want to play bridge practice hands?

Are you a beginner to intermediate bridge player who would like to play practice bridge hands as a way to improve your bridge? Would you like to have an opportunity to play bridge hands accompanied by discussion of the hands in an informal group? The primary intent of this group would not be to win the hands but to discuss proper bidding and proper play as we go along. This is a group where table talk about the hands will be encouraged!

We will have tables of beginner to intermediate players who would like to play practice hands as a way of improving their bridge play. Bring your crib sheet, your favorite bridge instruction book and your questions. This is not a class! There is no expert here. We are all learning. We will share our ideas of different approaches to play and refer to our books for help. We will be using Audrey Grant’s books. You may have a different favorite you would like to bring.

We meet on Friday mornings at 10:00 a.m. in the Men’s Card Room, A-3 in the Cottonwood activity building. If you are interested in joining this group, please join us. You do not need to come with a partner. Do bring a deck of cards!
