The Sun Lakes Scandinavian Club is looking forward to another year of socializing and sharing customs with friends and families. The five Scandinavian countries are Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland. These five Nordic countries rank consistently in the top 10 happiest nations in the world.
This year promises to be friendly, exciting, and interesting. Five meetings are being planned starting in November and ending in March 2027.
Find an attractive display of Scandinavian folk art and objects at each of the October Open Houses this fall. Stop at the table and enjoy. We look forward to seeing you. Information about future meetings will be available.
As Scandinavians return to Sun Lakes, a fall picnic/smorgasbord (a traditional Scandinavian feast) is planned for Oasis Park on Nov. 8 at 1 p.m.
