As we continue our lives through these trying times of uncertainty and disagreement about many things, I am helped by the following statement that came across my desk some time ago. I continue to reflect upon it.

“When you can’t control what is happening around you, challenge yourself to control the way in which you respond.”

I pray we will grow more and more into responding in love.
