Women’s Connection to Resume in November

Sun Lakes Women’s Connection is preparing to resume their events on Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. in the Oakwood ballroom. After a spring gathering of the planning team to say farewell to two of their members, they are seeking new volunteers for the upcoming season. The first gathering in November will be a real western-themed program with a speaker from Texas and a country line dancing demo, along with fiddle and western vocals, too. Watch for the November Splash and SunBird News for all the details, including reservation information. Women’s Connection is a faith-based, non-denominational organization that has been meeting in the Sun Lakes area since 1980 and is affiliated with Stonecroft. All Valley women are invited to attend.

Stop by our table at any of the Community Days Open Houses and pick up a Nov. 10 flier and a Save the Dates flier for upcoming events. Register there for a free continental breakfast. Dates for the upcoming year for Women’s Connection are Nov. 10, Dec. 15, Jan. 12, Feb. 9, March 9, and April 13. All events are on Thursdays at 10 a.m.
