The Young Realty Team, managed by Dave Rinaldo, captured the Lakes Division Winter Softball pennant with a record of 14-4. The Wolfe & Associates squad finished second at 11-7.
The Top Ten hitters in the Lakes Division were Dave Boone (.719), Doug Warwick (.712), Al Grefsheim (.709), Dennis Kennedy and Gary Alexander (both at .699), Dennis LePore (.698), Jeff Jay (.667), Bob Montelione (.658), Tom Erpelding (.657) and Bill Gaston (.654).
Our Spring Session is now well underway and will continue through April 5. It will be followed by our “year-end” tournament, cookout and awards ceremony. The double-elimination tourney will be held on April 9, 11 and 12 with the cookout and awards ceremony on April 11.
We’re pleased to welcome two “rookie” managers for the Spring Session. Bill McCoy is managing the Core Photography squad, while Bill Jacobson is at the helm of the Young Realty Team.
