The Sun Lakes Sheriff’s Posse was proud to be asked to assist the caretakers of Elmer “Al” Wallin in providing a surprise birthday parade in his honor to celebrate his 100th birthday. The event went off very smoothly, thanks to the coordinated efforts of the caregivers, Neighbors Who Care, the Sun Lakes Posse organization, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and their aviation division, and the over 250 vehicles that participated.

Everyone maintained a respectful distance and demeanor through the event, and it was truly a feel-good time for everyone involved.
