Firefighters from the Sun Lakes Fire District

Our 9th Annual Bev Walter – Art at the Lakes Show and Sale will be here in just a couple of days on Saturday, March 4, 2017. This annual art show and sale is strictly a benefit for the brave men and women of our Sun Lakes Fire District. Show time is 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the greenbelt across from the Cottonwood Tennis Courts, 25630 S. Brentwood Drive. All money collected by the show’s committee will be given to the Firefighters SLERF (Sun Lakes Emergency Relief Fund). The firefighters will be there grilling their world famous hamburgers and hotdogs, so come hungry. Again this year there will be raffle tickets sold for a chance to win some really great items. Again, this money will also go to the firefighters. We have over 80 venders this year of all mediums (gourds, wood, oil and watercolor paintings, jewelry and much, much more!). So, please mark your calendars now and make plans to attend this wonderful community event.
