RoadRunner Auto Transport is a national car shipping company which is headquartered in New York. RoadRunner is happy to announce that they are now offering a scholarship for college students and would like to offer the opportunity to students in the Sun Lakes area. RoadRunner Auto Transport is committed to giving back to the community as well as supporting higher education.

The scholarship is for $1,500 and a winner will be chosen by the end of April 2020. The winner will find out through an email from RoadRunner.

The qualifications for the scholarship are that applicants must be age 17 to 21 and must be enrolled as a full-time student in a U.S. high school, college, or university. If still presently enrolled in high school, a student must have plans to attend college in the 2020 fall semester.

In order to enter, an applicant must meet the qualifications above as well as submitting an essay pertaining to car shipping. Examples include “How to ship your car to college,” “The different types of auto transport,” and “How to get ready for your car shipment.”

The essay must be at least 1,200 words in length and must be completely original and not copied from any other source. This includes properly citing any references. All submissions must be in a .docx format. All essays should include the students full contact information which includes their name, number, email, and the name of their school.
