Gordon Markham

Gordon Markham resumes his bridge classes in October.

All courses will run from 9:00-11:30 a.m. in the Bradford Room at Oakwood Country Club.

Beginning Bridge: Mondays, October 13-December 15, 10 weeks, $100 plus $14 for the two texts. Starts with the basics and proceeds to Stayman and Jacoby Transfer Conventions.

Boot Camp Bridge, not for beginners but for people who have played bridge: Wednesdays, November 5-December 10, six weeks, $60 plus $14 for the two texts. Starts with contemporary bidding and proceeds to modern conventions.

Competitive Bidding, follows Beginning or Boot Camp Bridge: Tuesdays, October 28-November 25, five weeks, $50 plus $7 for the text.

Defense: Thursdays; Introduction: October 16-November 6, four weeks, $40 plus $6 for the text. Advanced: November 13-December 18, six weeks, $60 plus $23 for the text.
