The next session of GriefShare begins Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1:30 to 3 p.m., in Room 1 of the Education Building at Sun Lakes United Methodist Church, 9248 E. Riggs Road (just west of the Robson Library).

GriefShare is a nationally-known, weekly support program for people who have lost a loved one and are seeking to move through mourning to joy. The course runs for 13 weeks and involves three major components: a video seminar featuring leading grief recovery experts, small group discussion, and a workbook ($15) for journaling and personal study that reinforce the weekly topics.

Participants will find a warm, caring environment, joined by others who are traveling the same hard road of grief. You will find you are not alone.
