“I thought I was going crazy,” she said with tears in her eyes. Grief can do that to you – make you think you’re going crazy. All of a sudden, you find you cannot remember anything. Bills go unpaid. Keys get lost. Appointments are forgotten. You find you are easily distracted and cannot seem to get anything done as quickly as you usually do. The pain and sorrow you experience when a loved one dies can turn your world upside down and make you question your own sanity.

If you have experienced the death of a family member or a friend and you are struggling to make sense of life without your loved one, consider being part of the GriefShare class which Sun Lakes United Methodist Church will be hosting May 3 through July 12, 2017. The class will meet Wednesdays from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. in Room 4 of the Education Building.

Each class is self-contained, so if you are not able to attend every class, you are welcome to come as often as you can. The class registration fee of $15 covers the cost of the workbook.
