A new eight week discussion group is forming starting Thursday, April 9 at the Oakwood Arts and Crafts building. It will be in the Ocotillo Room next to the Patrol office and will run from 4:00-5:30 p.m.
This will not be a lecture series but an open discussion group led by an experienced leader using maps and biblical comment sheets written by a biblical scholar. The travels and writings of Paul will be the central focus of this group study, along with how Christianity grew from a small band of Jewish Jesus followers to the main religion of the Roman Empire.
Call Tom Ennis at 480-3137 to join what he hopes will become a close-knit group interested in the formation of their faith. It will be limited to 14 people.
