OLGA’s Member Guest tournament was aptly named Margaritaville this year. Festivities and refreshments began with a horse race mini-tournament on Monday afternoon, March 14, which featured hilarity, plus some kinds of golf skills not usually seen on the course. The full tournament began on Tuesday morning; many different costumes relating to the Margaritaville theme were worn by the members and guests. More than a few golf carts were lavishly decorated. Laughter was heard everywhere and even the Pro Shop gentlemen had to be amused.

Suddenly, good play was the order of the day. The sun was shining, the ladies swung and hit golf balls exactly where intended. Well, mostly… After play, a delicious luncheon was served in the Oakwood Ballroom, and hilarity settled into a day with good memories for everyone. Congratulations to Leann Knox and her committee for a tournament  to remember!
