Our November schedule, starting on November 15, was a Turkey Shoot with Three Best Balls Net and the morning group in 1st place was Bud Murray, Dan Eisenzimmer, Rick Onken and Blind Draw. The afternoon foursome in 1st place was John Almond, Jack Hall, Louis Grijalva and Jerry Lynne.
Our November 22 game was a Member/Member – Two Man Select-a-Drive for the morning group. This consisted of four flights and the winners of each flight were: Flight 1: Gerald Brock and Dennis Bockelman; Flight 2: Dan Eisenzimmer and Arnie Bannerman; Flight 3: Bob Mansfield and Bob Merna; Flight 4: Marcel Grossmann and Ray Masuda. The afternoon group played a One Net Best Ball format and the winning foursome was Gene Wenger, Bill Saxton, John Lefebvre and Hal Mahaffey.
On November 29 we played a Team Stableford for both morning and afternoon groups. The morning winning foursome was Ed Johnson, Don Hicks, Charlie Sivertson and Blind Draw. The afternoon winning foursome consisted of Ron Crabtree, Dave Holiday, Dave Gehlbach and Blind Draw. Looks like Blind Draw doubled down on that Saturday.
Our December 6 game was a Four-Man Scramble and we only had a morning group as it was also the day of our annual Christmas Party. The winning foursome was Dan Ashley, Gene Wenger, Linn Henderson and Hal Mahaffey.
Our January calendar consists of the following:
January 3 – Morning/Afternoon – One Gross Plus One Net – Ace of Aces Qualifier
January 10 – Morning: – Member/Member One Best Ball Flighted with lunch and meeting – Para Mutual; Afternoon: One Gross Plus 1 Net
January 17th – Home and Home with SLCC at PV. Afternoon – Three Best Balls Net
January 24 – Morning: President’s Cup Round No. 1; Afternoon: Select-A-Drive Two Best Balls Net
January 31 – Morning: President’s Cup Round No. 2 with refreshments to follow; Afternoon: Scramble
