The club members had their mid-month dinner on November 20 at the Whiskey Rose in Chandler. It was well attended and as always we enjoyed the good food and each other company.

Paullene Caraher was our speaker for December meeting. She is an instructor of Korean yoga at the SunBird community in Chandler. This is not a traditional yoga, but an energy healing method used by martial arts athletes. She demonstrated some of the techniques and most of the members followed her exercises.

The Sun Lakes Jewish Congregation will honor our club on December 12 and members of the club will actively participate in the services.
