The Sun Lakes Drum Circle began the fall season on September 26. There were more new faces and many that are happy to be back to enjoy our circle of great energy. Some of our regulars shared their new musical instruments they acquired over the summer months. There were trip stories, memories and music as well as intentions for peace, compassion and health for all. Our circle blended the sounds to transfer out to the universe for peace, health and happiness to all, Mother Earth especially!

We hope you will join our informal drum meetings to meet new and interesting people, get out of the house, play the drums and rattles or whatever else there is for sound and to have a good time. Bring your own instruments or use the many that I have in my box of instruments.

The Drum Circle meets on Wednesday, the week of the full moon, each month. We will have the next one on November 21 at 6:30 p.m. to around 8:00 p.m. at the Veterans Oasis Park located at 4050 E. Chandler Heights Road, northeast corner of Chandler Heights and Lindsey Road. Bring a chair and your hearts of gold. We can watch the rabbits come out to listen to our sounds.
