Kathi Bobek, Lady Putter’s Secretary, is ready for opening day. Kathi was raised near Detroit working there before moving on to the Chicago area. Kathi moved to Cottonwood 17 years ago where she continued her career and retired in 2010. Soon after, she joined Lady Putters and is also an active volunteer and other club activities.

The Sun Lakes Lady Putters have started the 2014-15 season, our 18th year. Plans are already under way for the Christmas luncheon scheduled for December 5 at the San Tan Ballroom in Cottonwood. Lunch choices are Vegetable Stir Fry with Chicken or Mediterranean Steak Salad. Raffle drawings will be held as our organization’s fundraiser for local charities.
