Good news ahead for the Sun Lakes Rock, Gem & Silver Club!

While the HOA COVID restrictions have limited our ability to hold monthly meetings, our shops have been open since July, and we are encouraging all of our members and new members to sign up now for 2020-21.

We offer classes in many different skills, including lapidary, lost wax, stained glass, dichroic glass, silver construction, wire wrapping, faceting, gourds, and many more offered in three different shops. Once the class is completed, the member may use Open Shops to practice new skills with others working the same craft.

Class schedules and Open Shop times are posted on our website www.slrgs.com, and on the shop’s entrance doors. The club follows the COVID-19 guidelines of taking temperatures, wearing masks, social distancing, and washing hands.
