We hear you: Walk with a Doc returns in November

Sue Schwartz

This summer, several of us decided we needed to focus on our walking clubs’ future by helping you and our organization unlock our potential. This became more than filling a calendar with dates, docs and conversations. We developed the theme “Believe in Better.” Think about that for a few minutes. What does “Better” mean to you?

Learn more about our fun, friendly plans for the 2019-2020 walk season at CWPV Community Day. You will find our table in the NWC of the Saguaro Room.

Pick up our walking schedule, a pedometer (yes, it’s programmed) and your nature prescription. “We are starting to think about nature, not just as a place to recreate, but also as a social determinant of health.”

Our walks are FREE and non-competitive and you walk at your own pace from one mile to three, or anywhere in between.

Just suppose that makes you feel better. Would that be worth showing up?

We also have an optional Dutch treat breakfast on the PV patio where we enjoy conversation with our new walking friends.
