Yoga classes

Arizona State University and Ymedica cordially invite men and women to enroll in a research study. This study will evaluate the effects of an eight-week yoga program, Rewind YogaTM, on health-related outcomes. The study and classes will be held at Sun Lakes Country Club. If you enroll in this study, you will be selected at random (50 percent) to one of two groups. Group one will receive eight weeks of in-person yoga classes followed by four months of online classes for free! Group two will be on a wait-list for eight weeks and then receive four months of online yoga classes for free!

Participants in this study may improve their physical function, balance and quality of life.

What compensation will I receive for participating in this study?
