At this time of the year, people are making resolutions for the new year. More often than not, they may include a way to achieve a healthier, more natural lifestyle, weight loss, an exercise program and managing your emotional health.
Essential oils can help you with all of these resolutions.
What are Essential Oils? Essential Oils are natural aromatic compounds found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers and other parts of plants. I don’t know what I would do without them. They make every room smell amazing, depending on the fragrance. Alongside this, some of these oils have healing properties. So, if you deal with anything like Acne or hyper-pigmentation, something like tea tree oil could work wonders. To find out more about the properties each oil provides, you may want to check out sites such as healingsolutions.com. This is a pretty interesting topic to look into, especially if you are a fan of things that smell nice and skincare. You’ll be surprised at how much you will learn.
Essential Oils can elicit powerful emotional responses. But the use of essential oil goes well beyond this fragrant appeal. Essential Oils have been used throughout history in many cultures for their health-promoting properties. Modern trends toward more holistic approaches to self-care and growing scientific validation of alternative health practices are driving a rediscovery of the profound health benefits of essential oils. Many have powerful cleansing properties. Their unique chemical structure allows them to deliver targeted benefits through topical application. Certain oils may be used as dietary aids to promote vitality and well-being.
As a Wellness Advocate for doTerra Essential Oils, I would like to share with you the benefits of using Essential Oils and draft a plan for you to work essential oils into your daily life to accomplish the various resolutions you have made for the new year. I can make suggestions to help you with sleep issues, digestive issues, energy levels, skincare, mood management, aches and muscle discomfort and mood management.
