Pauline Lee
Lee Ann Aronson, a native of Phoenix, began her interest in pollinators and gardens at the age of 14 months. While watching a bee fly from flower to flower, she got up and walked for the first time in her life. Bees are just one kind of pollinator. Pollinators help plants to make fruit or seeds. Lee Ann will present a talk on Gardening for Pollinators on Tuesday, September 18, at the Sun Lakes Garden Club.
Lee Ann graduated from Arizona State University in 1979. In the Fall of 2002, she completed her Master Gardener instruction from the University of Arizona Maricopa County Cooperative Extension and completed her Advanced Speakers Bureau training in the Fall of 2004. Moreover, she was a member of Down to Earth Toastmasters for 10 years and has been an editor for the Arizona Herb Association newsletter for over a decade.
