Jessie Washington and A.A.A.S.L. President Sam Rogers enjoying the day at last year’s event

Save the date and buy your tickets early for this year’s annual A.A.A.S.L. Jazz in the Park and BBQ coming to Tumbleweed Park, at 745 E. Germann Road (McDowell Pavilion) in Chandler, from 3 to 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 15. Catering will be provided by Famous Dave’s and will include refreshments, meal, and dessert.

This event is given each year for guests 50 years of age and older, a seniors event that is enjoyed by hundreds each year. Join us in meeting new and old friends from all over the Valley who enjoy breaking bread and listening to good music outdoors on a beautiful day. You may bring a folding chair or sit at a picnic table under the pavilion. There will be live entertainment featuring the Yorman’s Band of Gold, a vibrant and versatile band playing jazz and R&B music, and there are rumors of a special guest.

For more information on membership and how to buy tickets for this year’s Jazz in the Park, go to the website, AAASL.club.

There are no door sales for A.A.A.S.L. events. All admissions to events must be prepaid.
