Rina Cupples, Reiki Teaching Master
You’ve heard of the health benefits derived from eating nutritious food, taking supplements, and following a regular exercise regime. We also understand that stress can undermine our wellbeing, so maintaining a positive attitude and enjoyable social structure contribute to good health also. Our spiritual practices, like attending church, meditation, and daily prayer, support our balanced body-mind-spirit connection.
However, you may not be familiar with Reiki. Reiki (pronounced REY-Key) is a practice anyone can do that helps us remain healthy and active. It is a simple practice, utilizing universal life energy, which is in and around all living organisms. Everyone can learn how to access and transmit that life energy for personal benefit. It is deeply calming and centering for the mind, helping the body relax fully. It feels genuinely comforting.
Reiki can be incorporated into your own routine. It is noninvasive. It can also be used to help loved ones, including pets. It works harmoniously with other medical or non-medical treatments. No substance is applied to the body. No substance is ingested. It is an energy modality, supporting balance, order, and normalcy in body-mind-spirit.
I have used Reiki for 40 years to help support me in many circumstances and to assist my body’s wellbeing. It has always been a joyful experience to share Reiki with others.
