The National Day of Prayer Celebration for Sun Lakes, SunBird, and all other surrounding area communities will be held on Thursday, May 2, at 10 a.m. with instrumental, patriotic music beginning at 9:30 a.m. This event will be held in the SunBird ballroom, 6250 S. Sunbird Blvd., Chandler (between Cooper and McQueen).

Various vocal and instrumental musicians will be participating in this event providing patriotic and inspirational music.

Various men and women will be reading scriptures and having prayers for our country, our state, our cities, and our local governments. The guest speaker is Sam Rotman who is an inspirational speaker who speaks and concertizes in many countries around the world.

This free event is open to the public.
