Spring has sprung in Sun Lakes, and I’m excited to tell you about some exciting changes. The Wednesday, 4:30 p.m. The Yoga 4 Golfers class has evolved into Yoga Strength Training With Weights. The class is geared for active people of all ages who want a little more vigorous class. Two and three pound dumbbells are incorporated for a full, rounded experience.
The Saturday 9 a.m. Introduction to Yoga class will be changed to all levels, a steady flow class for anyone, from beginners to pros.
Monday at 9 a.m. will be Restorative Yoga. It will be less vigorous than the previous two classes, designed to give people a chance to ease into yoga therapy for injuries that need movement.
