Another month has passed us by
COVID still here, I wonder why
Do you go out without a mask
I don’t see one, don’t have to ask
When you go to the grocery store
And they won’t let you in the door
Do you stand there and fume a bit
And then go home and have a fit
You say “I’m free no mask for me”
Are you the one that we all see
Out each night the bars you hop
I tell you this, you gotta stop
Social distance you do not
You just stay planted in one spot
People come and stand close by
You hug, you kiss you’re eye to eye
Say to yourself “It won’t get me
Cause I’m as healthy as can be”
You say “this thing is not that bad
It’s no big deal, the flu I’ve had”
But when you’re sick, not feelin’ fine
Your last words may be a whine
“Protect myself I should have done
Cause this disease is not much fun”
SOCIAL DISTANCE, WEAR A MASK
THIS IS ALL THE EXPERTS ASK!
