The Cottonwood Lady Niners held their annual spring meeting on April 14. President Jean Nelson and Vice President Sue Lawless presented a $7,000 check to a representative of Friends for Life, the charity chosen to receive funds raised through the Member/Guest event.

Award winners for the season were acknowledged as follows: State Medallion: Low Gross: Sue Utzinger and Minna Rasmussen, Low Net: Cheryl Kopacz and Andrea Steinhaeusser; Club Champions: Low Gross: Sue Utzinger, Low Net: Tracy Thornock; Most Improved: Christine Lecoutre; Birdie Pins: JoAnn Johnson, Patty Assante, Joleen McFadden, Joanne Dunn, Jill Brindley, Rachelle Wilson, Sue Utzinger, Patsy Siegismund, Kathy Ivesdal (3), Renee Seifert, Linda Rauch, Ann Thomas, Bonnie Kane, and Willa Barger.

Elected officers for the 2022-23 season include Jean Nelson, president; Sue Lawless, vice president; Minna Rasmussen, secretary; and Kay Newton, treasurer.

The Niners will continue Thursday play through the end of May and resume in November.
