Peggy Mottel will be teaching the morning classes on December 16, 18 and 23. You can reach her at 480-802-6795. There will be no afternoon classes on these days. I will be out of the country. So call Peggy from December 16 to 26.

New participants are welcome. When new people come more direction is given. It is so easy to follow along. You do not have to be limber or in shape. You just follow your body and I will help you modify the exercises for your condition. You can bring some type of mat. There are some yoga mats in the room. Wear loose comfortable clothing. This is a good way to start your day. You will feel energized. We end class with Qi Gong meditative practices which help calm the spirit and body.

Here is the schedule:

Mornings from 7:45-8:45 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Afternoons from 4:15– 5:15 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays

On Mondays a Qi Gong practice will be emphasized.

There will be no classes on Christmas Day

Where: SunBird Golf Resort Navajo Room, third floor

There is no cost; donations are  accepted.
