New participants are welcome. When new people come more direction is given. It is so easy to follow along. You do not have to be limber or in shape. You just follow your body and I will help you modify the exercises for your condition. There are some yoga mats in the room or you can bring your own. Wear loose comfortable clothing. This is a good way to start your day. You will feel energized. We end class with Qi Gong meditative practices which help calm the spirit and body.
Come a bit early to help set up the room and get a spot. In February the classes were almost full.
