Here it is March already and spring is just around the corner. Time is slipping by so take this opportunity for a healthier and more vibrant you.

Zumba® is your ticket for the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music and burn a ton of calories without ever realizing it. I will help you take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning fitness experience.

If you don’t already know, Zumba® Fitness is a Latin inspired dance fitness program that incorporates some of our favorite music and dance movements. Zumba® is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosting energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave my class.

Want to include toning in your workout? Bring your one to three pound weights and give my Zumba® class a try and find out for yourself how much fun you will have and how great you will feel. Join me on Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. for Zumba® Gold geared for beginners at IronOaks fitness center.

Here is my March schedule:

Cottonwood – Tuesday from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in Room A-6; Wednesday from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in Room A-6; Friday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. in Room A-6

IronOaks (Oakwood)

Thursday from 4:00-5:00 p.m. in the Fitness Center; Saturday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the Fitness Center
