Please pardon our construction! Fire Station 232 on Alma School Rd. is getting a remodel. We request the residents with any business needs go to Fire Station 231 on Sun Lakes Blvd. for the next few months. During construction, the Arizona Fire & Medical Authority Administrative Office has temporarily relocated to Fire Station 231.

The new temporary location is 25455 S. Sun Lakes Blvd. at Riggs Rd. and Sun Lakes Blvd., behind the Sun Lakes Medical Plaza.

Office hours are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The office is closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and holidays.

Non-related emergencies: For all non-emergency related questions or concerns, contact the Authority’s Administrative Office by telephone at 623-544-5400. Telephone assistance is available Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Ambulance Membership Program: Please drop your completed forms, along with your payment, in the mailbox to the right. Fillable and printable forms may be obtained from our website at www.afma.az.gov.

Emergency Lock Box Program: Emergency Lock Boxes may be purchased at Fire Station 231 during Administrative Office business hours.

Deliveries: Please ring doorbell to the left.
