It’s summer time and the livin’ is easy for the Fun Lakers. On June 18 we’ll enjoy a pool side potluck and swim and mingle at the Ironwood Pool. The fun begins at 6:30 p.m. and will also feature a 50/50 raffle. The club will provide fried chicken and bottled water so bring your own favorite beverage as well as a dish to share with eight others. We request a salad, side, or a dessert. The cost for members is $10 and for non-members $15. A cash bar will be available for your convenience. So grab a smile and a friend and join us. Reservations must be received no later than June 13 and should be mailed to Frank Mills, 9835 E. Michigan Ave, Sun Lakes, AZ 85248. Mark your calendars for fun events in July and August as well. On July 16 we will enjoy dinner and trivia. On August 20 we will be getting together for dinner followed by the Hale Theater’s production of West Side Story. More details will be coming your way soon.

If you haven’t yet sent in your new or membership renewal dues for 2016, please do so. Our club is active all year planning fun events for our members.

Our new club officers are ready to go and make plans for the coming season. Organizing all of these events requires a lot of manpower. We’d love to have you volunteer as much or as little time as you have available.
