Chapter Veterans Day Ceremony 2025.
Jean Millberger
The Gila Butte Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution will start their 2026-27
Chapter year by celebrating Constitution Day with a luncheon at Oakwood Country Club on Sept. 16. The guest speaker will be Shane Krauser speaking on the importance of our Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
This is just the start of an exciting year the new Regent, Becky Donatelli, and the executive board have planned. They have been working over the summer scheduling speakers and events for the chapter.
In Oct. the chapter will be attending the open houses at Sun Lakes Country Club, Cottonwood Country Club and Oakwood Country Club, so please stop by and say hello and learn more about Daughters of the American Revolution. In Nov. the chapter will host the new State Regent, Katie Paulson, for our annual Thanksgiving Luncheon. This is always a very special occasion.
This is just a snap shot of what to look forward to. Now I would like to take the opportunity to look back on the last two years as the chapter Regent to thank my Vice Regent Becky Donatelli and the executive board and all the members of the Gila Butte Chapter for the honor to represent you as your Regent. Thank you all again for your love and friendship.
The chapter warmly welcomes women interested in joining the DAR. Ladies interested May contact Ruth at ruth@narancic.com. The chapter can assist with lineage research to prospective members. Membership is open to any woman 18 years or older who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background.
