Sun Lakes United Methodist Church is once again offering GriefShare, a 13-week grief recovery program, starting Wednesday, Sept. 8, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 4 of the Education Building.

The program is designed to offer help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. GriefShare serves as a support group to help rebuild one’s life after a loved one dies. There are three components to each GriefShare session:

1. A video presentation on some aspect of grief,

2. A time of discussion following the video, and

3. A workbook ($15) for taking notes and for completing between sessions.
