It’s not too late to sign up for our bowling league which is now on Tuesdays. The starting time is 10:15 a.m. for practice and 10:30 a.m. to start league bowling. Our bowling season is 27 weeks long starting Oct. 5, and ending April 12, 2022, having the week off between Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Our first position day (13 weeks) will be Jan. 4, 2022, and our second position day (13 weeks) is on April 5, 2022. April 12 is Sweeper Day. Distribution of the prize fund will be on April 19, 2022, unless otherwise advised by the board.

Hopefully, there will be many familiar, happy faces and lots of new, happy faces at our meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 28, at 10 a.m., as reported in the September Splash. A new board must be elected at this time. Our previous president for the last three years, Hal Newton, sadly passed away in August. Our present secretary/treasurer, Rick Bell, cannot continue, due to other commitments on Tuesdays.
