We are growing and have room for four more ladies to fill our last table. In our recently remodeled Billiards Room in the Oakwood Country Club, we’re lucky to have four professional Olhausen tables. Recently, they also replaced the felt tops, so it’s like having new tables again.

We elected to play more often this year, reserving the room just for our group on Monday (9 a.m. to noon) and Tuesday (9 to 11 a.m.) mornings to give those already involved in golf or pickleball on Tuesdays to be able to join us on Mondays. We individually decide whether we want to play both mornings to get extra practice or to come on either Monday or Tuesday.

If you live in Cottonwood, Sun Lakes Country Club, Oakwood, Palo Verde, or Ironwood and have played before, you are eligible to join. We are surely blessed to have a diverse group of wonderful women at all levels of experience. It doesn’t take long to become good friends and start having fun doing other things. We also lunch together as a group regularly, trying new restaurants or old favorites, especially this time of the year.
